Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

US Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following standard shipping rates for orders within the United States:

Estimated delivery time for US orders is 5–7 business days after processing.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all US orders of $50 or more! This discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

International Shipping

We ship internationally! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

• Canada: Starting at $15.00 (weight-based rates apply)
• United Kingdom: Weight-based rates calculated at checkout
• European Union: Weight-based rates calculated at checkout
• Australia & New Zealand: Weight-based rates calculated at checkout
• All other international destinations: Carrier-calculated rates via DHL

International delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7–21 business days after processing for international orders to arrive.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and/or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Keepitwavy Natural Products is not responsible for any additional charges incurred after shipment.
